Project Description

The project entails the revamp of the existing Engineering 2 building into Chemical laboratories, with the addition of new ablution facilities, external walkways with lift and lobbies, as well as a new tower & stair construction. High levels of attendance & co-ordination is required to manage the intricate gas, air, drainage & electrical service requirements of such labs, together with a four fold mechanical system serving the specialist labs and their fume cupboards.
