Project Description

The project brief called for an extensive upgrade, extensions and renovations to The Zone / Regent Place shopping centre complex located on the corner of Oxford Road and Cradock Avenue in Rosebank. The buildings are situated centrally to the Rosebank node and within walking distance from the Rosebank Gautrain station. The Regent Place courtyard is set to become one of the focal points in the bustling office and retail area.
